T Seal: The perfect combination of innovative design and superior performance

In the field of industrial sealing,   T Seal   is gradually attracting widespread attention for its unique design and excellent performance. T seal is combined with 1 piece of  elastomeric ring  and two pieces of  anti-extrusion rings . The elastomeric ring is one of the core components of T Seal. This elastic material has excellent flexibility and resilience, and can be tightly fitted to the piston/rod, effectively preventing fluid leakage. Due to its excellent wear resistance, it can maintain a good sealing effect in the long-term use process, greatly extending the service life of the seal. PEEK (polyether-ether-ketone) anti-extrusion rings provide additional protection for T Seal. PEEK material has extremely high strength and high temperature resistance, and can withstand extrusion and wear under high pressure environments. These anti-extrusion rings can effectively prevent the sealing material from being squeezed out of the sealing gap under high pres...

Type of Ring Type Joints Gasket

图片
Ring type joints   were initially developed for high pressure and temperature applications found in the petroleum industry and are primarily used in the oil field on drilling and completion equipment. Now this product series is also used on valve and pipe components and some high integrity pressure vessel joints. There’re mainly three standard styles: BX, R, RX. The ring type joints made from nylon is good for valve pressure test. It is a no damaging method to test and re-certify ring type joint flanges. R-type Gaskets , R TYPE RING JOINT GASKET Fits standard octagonal ring grooves Oval Cross-Sections. Designed for API 6A Flanges Up to 5000PSI Low Carbon Steel Stainless RX-type Gaskets , RX TYPE RING JOINT GASKET Interchangaple with R-Type Gaskets Energizes on Assembly for Improved Sealing Performance Designed for API 6A Flanges Up to 5000PSI Low Carbon Steel Stainless 316 BX-type Gaskets , Fits standard octagonal ring grooves Energizes on Assembly Pressure balance hole to Equ...

How to select spring energized seals?

图片
For   spring energized seals , JST developed sealing materials suitable for different working conditions. Through years of R & D and application promotion, spring energized seals have been widely used in the above fields. Meanwhile, the quality of our products have also been approved by customers. We will keep on sparing no effort to provide reliable   sealing solutions   for more and more customers. Applications: Aerospace Food and Medical Intelligent laser equipment Filling Machines & Equipment Industrial Automation Industrial Control Valve Oil and Gas Quick Selection Chart Identify which jacket material is required. Variables to consider include temperature, chemical, pressure, velocity, and cost. The polymer jacket's material includes PTFE, TFM, PCTFE, etc. Select a Spring Design Our in-house manufacturing typically uses cantilever springs. Helical and Slanted/Canted Coil Springs are available upon request. Select a Spring Material The spring's material...

Choosing the Right Spring and Seal Jacket Materials for High-Temperature and Corrosive Fluid Applications

Spring energized seals   have been widely used in harsh working conditions such as extreme operating temperatures, high pressure, corrosive chemical media, low friction, and high operating speeds. The main materials for seal Jackets aremodified PTFE and other high-performance plastics. PTFE is a sealing material with superior chemical resistance and good heat resistance compared to perfluorinated rubber. It can be applied to the vast majority of chemical fluid solvents,  hydraulic oils, and lubricants. Its compression set is very small, so it can provide long-term sealing performance. Spring energized seals use various special springs to overcome the elastic problems of PTFE or other high-performance Plastics. JST has developed sealing components that can replace the vast majority of applications in static  or dynamic (reciprocating or rotating). The temperature range can be from -196℃to 300℃,  the pressure can range from vacuum to ultra-high pressure of ...
